Artifact description-

One of artifacts I have chosen to showcase is my bitmoji classroom. A bitmoji classroom is a virtual learning hub where teachers can post classroom material and resources for students. Teachers can add their own elements into their classroom and it’s a fun and resourceful site for students.

Why I chose this artifact- 

I have decided to pick bitmoji classroom as one of my artifacts. Many benefits come from the use of technology in a classroom setting, it helps improve engagement, encourages individual learning, offers collaboration and lastly benefits the teacher, students and parents. Bitmoji classroom demonstrates standard eleven showing how effective using bitmoji classroom can be. This site is a great benefit for teachers, this is a pleasurable way for teachers to create a site customised to their lesson plan. From using bitmoji classroom teachers are able to easily share work, collect and grade the work the students have completed. Bitmoji classroom also allows for integration with other apps and websites and also provides access to all the materials students will need. This website will also help with colleagues due to the app’s virtue : it allows classes to work together and for teachers to share their classrooms with each other on what their students are learning. Bitmoji classroom also allows for students to have all the work accessible to them.   Flexibility is also allowed within this site, allowing the students to have to learn time management. When assignments are posted online students have the opportunity to see what’s due and figure out when they would like to complete the assignments. This also allows for students to be provided with up to date information and have the ability for many different learning tools, unlike textbooks which are expensive and out of date. Bitmoji classroom also allows for parents to access these sites allowing for them to be updated on what their children are learning. Bitmoji classroom is a great tool to use within any classroom.
